Theme: Musculoskeletal Anatomy

The 2026 Anatomical Society Summer Meeting will be hosted by Bristol Anatomy at the University of Bristol, 15th -17th July 2026. The conference aims to bring together researchers, educators and clinicians to explore the full breadth of musculoskeletal anatomy. The programme will showcase work spanning basic and clinical anatomy, biomechanics, comparative and veterinary anatomy, palaeoanthropology, evolutionary morphology and related fields. By highlighting musculoskeletal research from molecular mechanisms to whole body function, and from living systems to fossil evidence, the meeting aims to encourage cross disciplinary dialogue and new collaborations!

Early-Bird Registration opens Wednesday 9th April 2026 - available until Monday 15th June 2026 at 23:59 BST:

· Early Career Member/Student Member (Anatomical Society): £85
· Student Non-Member: £100
Late Registration is from Tuesday 16th June 2026:
· Member (Anatomical Society): £160
· Non-Member: £200
· Early Career Member/Student Member (Anatomical Society): £110
· Student Non-Member: £130
Final registration closes Monday 29th June 2026 at 23:59 BST
Please note if capacity for the conference is reached before registration closes, registration will close early.

Gala Dinner
The Gala dinner will be held at Riverstation, overlooking the harbour: https://www.riverstation.co.uk/
Please note, the Gala dinner is included in the ticket price, but you will need to tick the box during registration to ensure your attendance, as spaces may fill up. Please note any dietary requirements during registration.
Pre-conference Workshop
There will be a pre-conference workshop titled "Comparative Anatomy for Human Anatomists".
Please indicate during registration whether you would like to attend the workshop. You can do this by clicking on the Workshop button under 'Options', once your booking is created.
